Paris Stewart from the Dalhousie Tigers women’s volleyball team is the East Coast Lifestyle AUS Athlete of the Week for the week ending Jan. 25, 2026.
A fourth-year cinema and media studies student from Halifax, N.S., Stewart played a pivotal role in leading the Tigers to two crucial victories over Saint Mary’s and Acadia at Dalplex this past weekend.
Stewart played a key role in Dalhousie’s hard-fought five-set victory over Saint Mary’s on Friday, finishing with 15 points on 12 kills, two solo blocks, and a service ace.
Stewart followed up her Friday performance with another strong outing Saturday, posting 15.5 points in Dalhousie’s 3–1 win over Acadia on 14 kills, an ace, and a block assist.

Blake Kingston from the UNB REDS men’s swim team has been named the East Coast Lifestyle AUS Male Athlete of the Week for the week ending Jan. 25, 2026.
A fifth-year engineering student from Charlottetown, P.E.I., Kingston won all four individual races he competed in at the Amby Legere Invitational meet hosted by UNB in Saint John this past weekend.
On Saturday, he won the 50m freestyle and the 100m breaststroke.
He went on to win the 50m and 200m breaststroke events on Sunday, with his win in the 200m race coming by almost two full seconds.
Throughout the 2025-26 season, each East Coast Lifestyle AUS Athlete of the Week will receive a $50 ECL gift card and a signed certificate, courtesy of East Coast Lifestyle and Atlantic University Sport.
