In front of more than 200 fans, Lagacy, the Subway player of the match, broke a 1-1 tie in the 60th minute, when she got behind the X-Women defenders before putting a nifty deke on X-Women keeper Erin Visser (Whitby, Ont.) and depositing a left-footed shot into the open net.
Lagacy, on a set-up from Meggie Spicer (Spencer's Island, N.S.), scored the insurance marker in the 75th minute.
The best scoring chance for the X-Women in the second half came in the 77th minute from a Brianna Cuzzolino (Oakville, Ont.) header off a cross, with Sami Jo Bell (East Dover, N.S.) making the save.
