Championship Preview: 2025 Bell AUS Men’s Soccer Championship
Six teams will compete for the conference crown and a berth to nationals
(ANTIGONISH, N.S.) The road to the title runs through Antigonish, N.S., as St. Francis Xavier University hosts the 2025 Bell AUS Men's Soccer Championship from October 23–26.
Six teams will compete for the conference crown and a berth to nationals, with quarterfinal action kicking off Thursday at Oland Stadium.
Thursday, Oct. 23
- QF #1: UNB (5) vs. Moncton (4), 1 p.m.
- QF #2: Memorial (6) vs. STFX (3), 4 p.m.
Friday, Oct. 24
- SF #1: Winner QF #1 vs. Cape Breton (1), 1 p.m.
- SF #2: Winner QF #2 vs. Dalhousie (2), 4 p.m.
Sunday, Oct. 26
- Final: SF Winners, 4 p.m.

The STFX X-Men enter as defending AUS champions, finishing the 2025 regular season in third place with an 8-2-2 record. The Cape Breton CAPERS claimed the top seed and a direct berth to the semifinals after a strong 9-1-2 campaign, while the Dalhousie Tigers earned the other semifinal bye, finishing second at 8-2-2.
Rounding out the championship field are the Moncton Aigles Bleus (7-4-1, 4th), UNB Reds (7-4-1, 5th), and Memorial Sea-Hawks (4-5-3, 6th), all vying for the conference title.
All matches will be livestreamed on AUStv.
Both the AUS champion and runner-up will advance to the 2025 U SPORTS Men's Soccer Championship, hosted November 6–9 by the University of Toronto. More information on the national championship is available here.
