Memorial sweeps home series with Capers
(ST. JOHN'S, N.L.) - For the second straight day, the Memorial Sea-Hawks defeated the Cape Breton Capers 3-0 in AUS women’s volleyball on Sunday.

(ST. JOHN'S, N.L.) - For the second straight day, the Memorial Sea-Hawks defeated the Cape Breton Capers 3-0 in AUS women's volleyball on Sunday.
Set scores were 25-18, 25-14 and 25-21.
In her final home game as a Sea-Hawk, Sam March had 10 kills and 10 digs. Jill Snow also had 10 digs. Kirsten Sorensen had 23 assists to go with a match-high 12 digs.
March was named Subway Player of the game for the Sea-Hawks.
Chantelle Zawila, playing her final varsity game, had a match-high 14 kills. She was named the player of the game for the visiting Capers.
Memorial finish the regular season 6-10 with the pair of wins. They will now compete at this weekend's Subway AUS women's volleyball championship, being hosted by Dalhousie Feb. 14-16.
